What is the return policy?
I am hope your new artwork becomes a treasured part of your life! If there is an issue, please contact me within 2 weeks of receiving your order so we can work on a solution.
Fine art prints, poster, and phone cases are all custom printed on demand and so are final sale. If however your order arrives damaged or with a flaw, email your order number, a description of the damage, and photos to abigail.labranche@gmail.com within 2 weeks so I can correct the issue with you.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
Posters are printed on demand and generally ship within 2 to 3 days of being ordered. Fine art prints are carefully custom printed here in Montpellier, France, and signed and packaged by me. Please allow at least 2 weeks for the printing and packaging process. You will be notified if there is a significant change to the printing time.
CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM SIZE FINE ART PRINT?
Yes! I am happy to work with you to custom print the size that will fit your space best. Email me at abigail.labranche@gmail.com with the piece you are interested in and the size you would like and I will send you a quote.
