Saturdays are a different world. Saturday mornings are croissants and cups of tea before going out to the marché, seeing what is freshest on each market table. Seeing the seasons play out in a shifting palette through these aisles.
This is also a nod to the #backfromthemarché tables I used to do. Perhaps I will again someday. It is a gift to see the cycles of the year through what is in our basket.
